Shipping and Return Policy

Having happy customers is very important to me, and I do my best to provide a service that all my art collectors are 100% satisfied with. 

 

You will have 21 working days from receiving your purchase to decide if you wish to keep the artwork or return it. 

 

Return postage will be your responsibility, and the goods must be returned securely in the same or similar packaging they came in, and must be returned via courier or registered/recorded delivery. 

 

Please note this does not include the return guarantee of the following sale items :

  • Limited Edition Prints  

  • Commissioned Artwork

Returning Limited Edition Prints

 

Each print is produced and packed with care. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 14 working days of receiving it at info@komalmadar.com. You may return the item for a full refund or replacement, issued via your original payment method. Please note that returns are only accepted for items that arrive faulty or damaged. As all prints are made to order, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

​Returning original Artwork

​

(21) days from the date of receiving the artwork to decide whether to keep or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.

 

The buyer must ship out the artwork within five (5) days after letting me know that the work will be returned. 

​

Please contact me first before shipping. 

 

You will NOT be eligible for a refund if you don’t notify me within the 21 day period in receipt of the artwork.

OR If you do not ship the work within 5 days of notifying me 

 

(If there is a delay or change for any legitimate reason the buyer must notify me of such changes.) 

 

 

 

How to return original/ undamaged artwork:

  • Please E-mail info@komalmadar.com to state the reason for wanting to return the work. This must be done within the twenty one (21) days of your artwork being delivered. 

​

  • Repackage the artwork using the original or similar packaging materials. You will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely if the original packaging has been disposed.

​

  • Once the artwork reaches me safely, I will process your return and the amount owned will be refunded to your original source of payment as your original order (minus shipping cost) within 7-10 business days of your artwork return. (I'm not responsible for any exchange rate fees). I will refund you the price stated. 

 

  • Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for insurance on the value of the artwork in case of damage.

 

Custom Fees

 

I am not responsible for any customs fees or duty that may be incurred during shipping or hold-ups due to customs control.

 

Commission Artwork

There is no refund on all commission artwork. There will be an individual commission contract provided with terms and conditions for commissions.

The artist will take a 50% deposit before commencing the painting, and the other 50% will be paid once the painting is finished and before delivery. 

​

If, in the unfortunate case of the buyer doesn't want the painting either during or after the painting is finished, the artist keeps the painting and the 50% non-refundable deposit paid.
